Last weekend was the NBA All Star weekend and it was very entertaining. The rookies versus sophomore game was great with Durant scoring 47 points to break the scoring record for that game. A rookie wins the three-point shoot-out and Derek Rose took the Point Guard Skills Challenge. The Slam Dunk Contest was even better than last years! They always come up with crazy new dunks. They All-star game was fun with Shaq and Kobe taking the MVP award. This year's All-star weekend was great and it gets better every year.

    I would have to agree! The all-star weekend is amazing. Although one bad thing about the all-star game is that it's not really competitive. There is rarely any defensive effort! The dunk contest and the three-point contest is my favorite. Every year it keeps getting better.

    Yes that's true Jake. The all-star game itself isn't competitive but it's still fun to watch. I do think that the effort keeps getting better every year though. Hopefully it does improve in the future.
